Tax Director
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $175-210k (based on experience)
Hybrid Schedule:3 days in office / 2 days remote
ExecuSource is seeking a Tax Director to lead complex tax engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff across multiple industries. This role emphasizes strategic tax planning, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions while upholding the firm’s values of integrity and accountability.

Lead tax research and planning initiatives
Advise clients and support audit engagements
Supervise and mentor team members
What you need to succeed:
CPA required; Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of public accounting experience
Experience with tax authorities and strong leadership skills
Proficiency in tax software preferred
