Key Responsibilities
Review and approve complex tax returns for construction industry clients
Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws
Lead tax research and planning initiatives
Serve as a technical resource for staff and clients
Supervise and mentor tax team members
Collaborate with audit teams on large client engagements
Requirements
CPA licenserequired
8+ years in public accounting with increasing responsibility
Experiencerepresentingclients before tax authorities
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiencyin tax software (e.g., CCH ProSystemfx) preferred
Bachelor’s in Accounting(Master’s in Taxationpreferred)
