Job description
EisnerAmper seeks an experienced tax professional to join its tax team in a senior consulting capacity. You will analyze federal income tax issues, support M&A structuring, draft communications, and prepare firm-wide alerts while contributing to trainings and client advisory work.
Ideal candidates have JD or LL.M in Tax, 20+ years in federal tax, and strong proficiency with accounting methods and LLC/partnership taxation. CPA and LL.M are preferred; New York location is highlighted for this role.
