Job description

AmerisourceBergen is seeking a Tax Director to lead US income tax planning for MSOs and all M&A activity. You will supervise tax teams, coordinate with internal and external experts, and drive tax-efficient structures for partnerships and acquisitions.

The role requires a CPA and JD with 5–10 years in partnership taxation, experience in Big 4 or a major law firm, and strong research, communication, and leadership skills. Competitive compensation offered.
