Job description
AMETEK, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager of Tax to lead tax workstreams for acquisitions, ensure ASC 740 compliance, and drive tax planning across global operations. You will coordinate across Finance, Legal, Treasury and business leaders to optimize structures and reporting.
The role requires 8–12+ years in tax, Big Four or multinational, with ASC 740 experience and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's is required; advanced credentials are preferred.
