Job description
Global Investment Management firm is seeking an AVP Tax (M&A) - newly created that will provide domestic and international Tax Strategy, Risk, Transactions handling their Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Credit Investment Funds.
Some responsibilities include :
Support and drive tax strategies, initiatives, and risk to discuss with stake holders
Analyze early stage tax support to Investment Teams
Gather and analyze complex financial information for purposes of international tax determinations and tax reform reporting.
Work with External Advisory Teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with Master's in Tax, JD or LLM
4+ years of Taxation coming from a BIG4 public accounting with international tax transactions
Exposure to Private Equity and Credit Investments
Any Credit and Debt Investment experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be required as you will be collaborating with global counterparts.
