Job description
LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a stable, growing firm seeking a CPA for their tax practice. The position can be tailored around the selected candidate’s experience, ranging from an early-career tax professional with strong internship experience to an experienced Tax Senior, Tax Manager, or closer to Partner.
This position will prepare and review tax returns, support proactive tax planning, manage client engagements, and develop trusted relationships with individuals and closely held businesses. The opening is driven by continued growth and succession planning, creating meaningful long-term advancement potential, including a possible path to partnership.

Tax Planning and Advisory Support
Client Relationship Management
Individual and Business Tax Preparation
Partnership and S Corporation Returns
Complex 1040 Tax Returns
Tax Return Review
Trust and Estate Tax Returns
Tax Engagement and Workflow Management
Multi-State Tax Compliance
Flow-Through Income and K-1 Reporting
Tax Notice Research and Resolution
Client Transition Support
Special Tax Projects
Qualifications:
Public accounting, tax firm, or relevant tax internship experience
Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns
Strong organizational and deadline-management skills
Ability to communicate tax matters clearly to clients
CPA or progress toward the CPA preferred
Experience with modern tax software and electronic client-service tools
Openness to evolving technology and AI-enabled tax workflows
