Job description
We are working with a top rated local CPA firm looking for a talented Tax Manager to join their growing firm in the financial powerhouse of Charlotte, NC.
This Tax Manager Role is for someone that can handle working on multiple tax engagements with high level supervision and tax review work as well as supervision of junior tax associates in a high paced environment, working primarily with a variety of standard business entities, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. Solid understanding of various tax software.
Pay and Benefits of the Role:
Salary $130,000-$170,000 annually

Personally working with a variety of high revenue businesses, including construction, manufacturing, professional services, and multiple additional industries involving complex tax work at times

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
5-7+ years of accounting experience in a Big or Regional CPA style firm, wealth, advisory or similar firm
CPA License required and have at least 5 or more years of tax experience in a tax associate and/or senior tax associate role in a public accounting environment, CPA geeks or local accounting and advisory office
Excellent skills in performing tax review work for corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
Located in the local area (or moving towards the Ft. Meyers area soon)
Experience working with high net worth individuals and business entities ranging in a wide range of revenue
Experience with various tax software programs based on business taxation, Thompson Reuters, Pro System
