The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee tax planning, preparation, compliance, and client advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee tax planning, preparation, filing, research
Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance
Advise clients on tax-related matters
Support mergers & acquisitions
Handle select international tax responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
CPA or EA required
8+ years of Tax Manager experience
Strong tax return review experience
M&A experience
Knowledge of international tax regulations
Strong client communication and advisory skills
