What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

A defined path to Senior Manager, Director, and Partner, with leadership that promotes from within

A partner mentoring program and 360 degree feedback, so you know where you stand and what's next

Meaningful client relationships and real advisory work, not just compliance

Generous paid time off starting in year one, plus profit sharing, a 401(k), and comprehensive medical and dental

Employer paid life and long term disability insurance, with professional dues and CPE covered
