We are hiring for a Tax Manager with a well-established public accounting firm to lead complex tax engagements across a diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns
- Lead tax planning, projections, research, and advisory services
- Manage client relationships and ongoing tax support
- Review workpapers for accuracy and compliance
- Mentor tax staff and coordinate workloads
- Handle IRS and state tax correspondence
- Improve team efficiency and best practices
Qualifications
- Years of public accounting tax supervisory experience
- Expertise reviewing complex individual and business returns
- Strong client, deadline, and engagement management skills
- Experience supervising and mentoring tax staff
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
