Tax Manager – CPA Firm | Hybrid
Fresno, CA | $145,000–$190,000+ DOE | Hybrid Schedule
You've Earned the Experience. Find a Firm Worth Staying With.
At this point in your career, the next opportunity should be about more than another title.
It should offer strong compensation, interesting clients, professional autonomy, flexibility, good people to work with, and a genuine long-term future.
A respected and growing Fresno CPA firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its team. This is a key role for a tax professional who enjoys managing client relationships, developing staff, solving complex tax issues, and working directly with firm leadership.
You'll have the opportunity to make an impact without getting lost inside a large-firm structure—and build a long-term career without sacrificing your personal life to do it.
Why Experienced Tax Professionals Consider This Firm
$145,000–$190,000+ Compensation Competitive base salary based on experience, plus performance bonus potential and a strong benefits package.
Meaningful Hybrid Flexibility Work remotely part of the week while maintaining the collaboration and client interaction that make a successful tax practice work.

Your Career Can Go Where You Want It to Go Interested in Senior Manager or Partner? There's a path forward. Prefer being a highly valued Tax Manager without chasing the next title? That's a respected career here as well.
Work Directly With Decision-Makers You'll have access to approachable partners and leadership who value experienced professionals and recognize their contributions.
Quality Clients and Interesting Work Advise privately held businesses, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals across agriculture, construction, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, and other industries.
