Job description
Real Capital Operations seeks a Tax Manager to lead the tax function for a growing portfolio of self-storage properties, partnerships, and fund entities based onsite in Winter Garden, FL. You will oversee partnership returns, tax basis, and state/local compliance, while guiding external advisors and senior leadership on tax strategy and risk.
The role requires a CPA or Master of Taxation with 7+ years in real estate/partnership taxation and a track record of building high-performing teams.
