Tax Manager, High Net Worth Clients | Irving, TX | $135,000 to $160,000

This established CPA firm serves high net worth individuals and privately owned businesses. They want a Tax Manager who's ready for a bigger role across clients, planning and how the tax function runs.
The technical work is still there. The difference is that your judgment gets used up front, while the decision is being made, not afterward when it's already locked in.

$135,000 to $160,000, depending on experience

Year round client relationships, not just contact at deadlines
Clients in oil and gas, healthcare, hospitality and other privately owned businesses
Planning and advisory work alongside compliance
Direct work with the Partners, and a real voice in workflow, client service and staff development
The role
Leading federal and state tax engagements and owning the quality of delivery
Managing relationships with high net worth individuals and business owners year round
Spotting planning opportunities and explaining what complex tax matters mean for each client
Working with the Partners on client strategy and wider advisory needs
Reviewing and developing junior staff
Who fits well here
Already a Tax Manager, or an experienced Reviewer ready for more client and leadership responsibility
Strong public accounting experience and solid technical judgment
Confident managing clients on your own
CPA or EA preferred
