Job description
Tax Manager for regionally leading CPA firm
$145-175k base + hybrid + bonus + full package

What You'll Do:
Review and manage complex tax returns and engagements
Provide tax planning and compliance support to clients
Build client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
Mentor and develop junior team members
Help improve processes and drive best practices
What We're Looking For:
CPA
5+ years of public accounting Tax prep + review experience
Formal titled Supervisory/Management Experience
Strong technical tax knowledge and client-facing skills
Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach
Experience Lacerte, ProSystem fx Tax, QuickBooks, and Sage
