Busy season capped at 55 hours per week. That's TOTAL hours, not just billable.
Hybrid (typically 3-4 days in the office)

Tax Manager Duties Review a variety of tax returns for individuals and businesses
Stay current on changing tax laws and compliance requirements
Support tax planning and projections throughout the year
Pitch in on special projects when needed
Mentor and develop junior staff
Build strong client relationships and contribute to firm growth
Tax Manager Qualifications 5+ years of relevant tax experience
2+ years of reviewing tax returns
CPA, EA or CPA eligible
