Job description
Wilton Re Ltd. in Norwalk, CT is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee corporate tax compliance, reporting, and audits across federal, state, and local levels. The role covers GAAP, SSAP101, Bermuda EBS, and tax planning initiatives.
The candidate will review accruals, audits, and disclosures, coordinate with auditors, and participate in SOX compliance. A strong background in insurance tax accounting and advanced degrees/certifications are preferred.
