Job description
Tax Manager | Irvine, CA | $150-200K Base | Mostly Onsite
If you're a Tax Manager who wants to work alongside the partners instead of three layers below them, this one is worth a look.
Our client is a well-established Orange County CPA firm with more than 40 years in the market and a strong reputation as a go-to firm for the Southern California construction industry. They serve general contractors, subcontractors, and builders, along with closely held businesses in manufacturing, real estate, and professional services. Many of their client relationships go back decades, and the firm's approach is built around proactive, year-round planning rather than April compliance work.
They're adding a Tax Manager who wants real partner access, meaningful client ownership, and a clear path forward.
