Job description

BW&O CPAs in California seeks a Tax Manager to lead a pod of tax seniors, associates, and staff. You’ll manage client engagements, review returns, ensure on-time delivery, and drive proactive, organized service. You’ll report to firm principals and shape strategy, growth, and key client relationships.

You’ll own performance of the pod, coach team members, and coordinate with the global support group to optimize workflow, leverage Karbon, and use AI tools to raise capacity and quality.
