What You’ll Do
Provide advanced technical oversight across complex tax engagements
Guide engagement strategy, review approach, and quality standards
Mentor and develop Managers and emerging leaders
Strengthen firm best practices, documentation, and consistency
Support firm leadership with practice needs
What We’re Looking For
8–12 years of progressive tax experience
Advanced technical expertise and judgment
Proven people development experience
CPA strongly preferred
