This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to clients - not just preparing tax returns. The firm values long‑term client relationships, technical excellence, and a collaborative culture while offering a clear path for continued professional growth and future partnership .

For the right individual, this position offers a genuine opportunity to grow into a Partner-level role and play an increasingly important part in the firm's long‑term success.

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of progressive public accounting experience, with significant experience managing complex tax engagements and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Extensive experience preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1041 tax returns.

Strong background serving high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.

Demonstrated experience with proactive tax planning and advisory services, in addition to tax compliance.

Excellent client‑facing, relationship management, and communication skills.

Ability to explain complex tax matters clearly, practically, and confidently.

Experience reviewing the work of other tax professionals and providing technical guidance.

This opportunity is particularly well suited for a seasoned tax professional who wants more than another Tax Manager position. The firm is looking for someone who can become an important long‑term member of the organization, deepen existing client relationships, contribute to the development of other professionals, and take on increasing leadership responsibility over time.
