Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead tax engagements and manage client relationships. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently.
Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
This range is provided by Leeds Professional Resources. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex tax preparation for corporate, personal, and partnership returns.
Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Lead client engagements, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Oversee and guide a team of tax professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and implement effective tax strategies.
Maintain organized records and streamline processes for efficiency.
Requirements and Skills
7–8+ years of progressive and continuous tax experience in public accounting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting principles.
Proven client management and team leadership experience.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
Hybrid Schedule : One week in-office Monday, Wednesday, Friday; the next week Tuesday, Thursday.
