We're a mid-sized public accounting firm of about 150 people, with a 30 person tax team, and we're adding a Tax Manager. Our people stay because the work is interesting, the hours are reasonable, and leadership treats the team well.
What You'll Work On
Individual, trust, partnership, and S corp returns
Small and mid-sized business clients, with a strong base in manufacturing
Reviewing work, developing staff, and serving as a main point of contact for clients
Working closely with a tax team that knows what it's doing
Compensation and Benefits
$150-200K base, depending on experience (senior-level CPAs coming in around $180K)
15% bonus for managers
Profit sharing, with 3% of salary contributed to your 401(k)
5 weeks of PTO

What We're Looking For
CPA preferred
Public accounting tax experience, including review
Comfort working across individual, trust, and entity returns
