Arrow Search Partners in Charlotte, NC seeks a Tax Manager to oversee tax planning, reporting, liquidity, and partner-level financials, coordinating with external CPAs and internal teams.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 6–8 years of tax experience (public accounting and/or family office), strong Excel skills, and comfort with technology. CPA or CFP is a plus; on-site role with a top-tier firm.
