RSM US LLP seeks a dynamic Tax Manager to join the Partnership Tax team in McLean, VA. You will advise clients on partnership tax services, manage tax compliance across entities, and mentor staff while coordinating with US and India teams. Strong knowledge of M&A, allocations, and 704/754 considerations is required.
