Tax Accounting Manager with a $20+ billion, multi-national company.
The Tax Accounting Manager will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provision processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with ASC 740. The role will also participate in analysis of economic and tax impacts of various business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provision processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with ASC 740.
Own income tax workpapers and disclosures for the US GAAP financial statement audit.
Participate in communicating anticipated tax results to key stakeholders based on business operations and key drivers.
Participate in analysis of economic and tax impacts of various business opportunities.
Build relationships and partner with various tax, accounting and business team members to understand and optimize various business tax positions.
Provide leadership and development of analysts and senior analysts throughout the tax accounting organization.
Identify and drive waste elimination and transformation opportunities that will provide value within the tax accounting organization.
Drive innovation and transformation within the tax organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a JD.
5+ years’ of experience in a corporate tax accounting (ASC740) role.
Public accounting firm or large multi-national corporation experience.
Progressive career experience in corporate or state income taxation, tax accounting, financial reporting, or accounting related roles.
Proficient understanding and application of ASC740 principles including but not limited to income tax provisions, effective tax rates, deferred tax balances, valuation allowances, etc.
Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of data from multiple systems and use advanced tools to perform analysis and develop a point of view.
Experience training, supervising and developing tax staff and/or interns.
Experience with Alteryx, Sigma, or other data analysis platforms.
Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision software.
