Job description
JCW Group in Texas is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee tax reporting, compliance, and transaction support for private capital vehicles. This role collaborates with Legal, Finance, and external advisors to ensure accurate filings and investor reporting.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in partnership taxation, strong knowledge of U.S. corporate and partnership tax rules, and exposure to real estate. MST, MSA, or Big Four experience a plus, though not required.
