Job description
Southern Land Company in Nashville, TN seeks a Tax Manager to oversee tax planning, compliance and reporting for real estate ventures. This role partners with accounting and external advisors to minimize tax obligations and ensure accurate filings.
Ideal candidates bring strong experience in federal and multi-state tax, partnership returns (1065), and CPA licensure is preferred. Public or corporate real estate tax background is a plus.
