Boulay is seeking a skilled Tax Manager in Minnesota to lead client engagements and tax planning efforts. You will review advanced tax computations, assist with bookkeeping, and oversee multi‑state and corporate tax returns.
The role may involve signing tax returns and driving year‑end planning. The ideal candidate has a CPA/JD/EA designation, 6+ years of public accounting experience, and strong knowledge of tax codes and GAAP.
