Tax Manager

Tax Manager | Hybrid Flexibility, $140K+ Bonus, Profit Sharing & Leadership Growth
We are a growing CPA firm providing personalized tax and advisory services to a diverse client base. Our collaborative environment gives experienced professionals the autonomy to manage client relationships, develop teams, and remain technically engaged while maintaining flexibility outside tax season.

Job Details
Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns
Manage a client portfolio, including advisory, communication, and billing responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop staff accountants and senior associates
Research technical tax matters and provide clear, practical recommendations
Active CPA with 5+ years of tax experience in a small to midsized public accounting firm required
Location: Des Plaines, Illinois - Hybrid
