Balanced with your general tax advisory role, you will develop the payroll team, engage proactively with clients, and navigate complex tax matters to deliver reliable, value-adding solutions.**Your responsibilities include:*** Manage and oversee tax engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective coordination within budget targets.* Prepare and deliver tax advice that optimizes client outcomes and mitigates risks.* Review client payrolls and ensure they comply with wage tax and social security legislation.* Support clients during (wage) tax audits and handle expatriate calculations and related requests.* Identify and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and strengthen the quality of our tax and payroll services.* Coach and guide payroll team members to grow their skills and contribute to our department’s expertise.**Our offer:*** You will have opportunities to make an immediate impact on clients and contribute to the growth of our firm.* We care about your success.
