Job description

We're more than a traditional CPA firm — we operate as business advisors, helping clients across a wide range of industries make smarter decisions with better data, not just file returns. About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hybrid role — 3 days a week onsite at our Wakefield, MA office — for a seasoned, client-focused professional with 10+ years of public accounting experience who wants technical work that matters and a direct hand in client relationships, not just a review queue.

Build and maintain direct client relationships

Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and workpapers

Conduct tax research projects

Communicate with clients and team members on project status, opportunities, and issues

Maintain technical expertise across relevant tax areas and industry specializations

Build new client relationships and manage an existing book of business, including budgets and production goals

Support consulting and special projects as requested by management and clients

10+ years of experience in public accounting

Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
