Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and maintain strong tax office teams by recruiting, screening, and engaging candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle. You’ll help ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates to support clients.
You will recruit Tax Associate candidates, coordinate interviews, support ongoing training, and plan open houses and career fairs—helping to attract top talent in Saint Charles and surrounding areas.
