Job description
ADP TotalSource Tax Service is seeking a leader to manage a team responsible for timely, accurate tax filings across Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Compliance Solutions, Finance, Payroll, Audit, Legal, and external partners to drive strategic changes, reduce penalties, and provide fiduciary oversight.
You will lead a team, coach associates, and ensure sustained service excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.
