Job description
The Agency in West Caldwell is seeking a Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager to become principal in charge of an established practice. Hybrid role based in West Caldwell with oversight of client relationships and day-to-day operations.
You will lead, mentor a 4-6 person team, review tax returns, stay hands-on with planning, and drive growth initiatives. A CPA is preferred and AI-driven approaches are encouraged.
