Tax Preparation Support ManagerOur Jackson Hewitt franchise is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Tax Preparation Support Manager to join our team in central Florida! In this leadership role, you'll play a key part in guiding tax professionals and ensuring clients receive accurate, efficient, and friendly tax preparation services. If you're passionate about taxes and love leading a team, this is the opportunity for you!Oversee and support tax preparation staff to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality serviceTrain, mentor, and develop tax preparers on current tax laws, procedures, and best practicesManage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow during peak tax seasonReview completed tax returns for accuracy and IRS complianceResolve client inquiries, concerns, and escalated tax-related issues professionallyMonitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to drive productivityEnsure adherence to Jackson Hewitt's policies, procedures, and quality standardsPrior experience in tax preparation, accounting, or a related financial fieldPrevious supervisory or management experience preferredStrong knowledge of federal and state tax codes and IRS regulationsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal work environmentProficiency with tax software and basic computer applicationsPTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required or ability to obtain oneJackson Hewitt is one of the nation's largest and most trusted tax preparation service providers, with decades of experience helping millions of Americans navigate tax season with confidence.
