Job description
Role Overview: The Tax Senior Associate is responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities, partnerships, and Asset Management clients. They work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality tax solutions, build and manage client relationships, and contribute to market activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with tax compliance and advisory services for clients
Collaborate with industry specialists and team members
Manage client relationships and ensure service quality
Supervise teams of tax professionals and assistants
Provide strategic advice and deliver high-value tax services
Participate in external market and business activities
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of two years’ experience in pass-through, partnership, or corporate tax
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and CPA eligibility
Strong advisory, compliance, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple engagements and teams effectively
