nRole Overview
nAs a Tax Staff Accountant, you'll work alongside experienced CPAs serving individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. You'll gain hands-on experience preparing tax returns while building technical knowledge, professional confidence, and meaningful client relationships.
nIn this role, you will:
nnPrepare federal and state tax returns for a variety of clients
nGather, organize, and review client tax and financial information
nCommunicate with clients regarding routine tax questions and document requests
nWork closely with mentors and team members on client engagements
nProgress toward CPA licensure and long-term career goals
n nThis role is ideal for recent or upcoming accounting graduates looking to launch their careers with a firm that values mentorship, professional development, and long-term growth.
nQualifications
nnBachelor's degree in Accounting (or nearing completion)
nCPA candidate or intent to pursue licensure
nPublic accounting internship experience (Preferred)
nWillingness to travel and work additional hours during busy seasons
