Job description
1st-Source Bank in Indiana is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead the company’s tax planning, preparation and analysis across federal, state, and local levels.
You will supervise staff, review tax records, coordinate audits with IRS and state authorities, ensure compliance, and communicate tax implications to finance and operations.
Bachelor's degree required; CPA or candidate preferred; 8+ years in tax roles; travel as needed.
