Job description
DuPont in Delaware seeks a Director, Tax Planning / Tax M&A to lead strategic U.S. federal income tax planning for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.
You will partner with Legal, Treasury, Controllership, and business teams to design tax-efficient structures and deliver technical guidance, documentation, and due-diligence support. This onsite role offers one day of remote work and requires a JD; LL.M.
