Job description
TAKKION in Colorado is seeking a Manager of Tax to lead U.S. tax provision (ASC 740), compliance, and planning for a fast-growing renewable energy platform.
You will partner with accounting, finance, legal, and development teams to drive tax-efficient outcomes in a capital-intensive, project-based environment. You will manage quarterly and annual tax provision, tax compliance, and planning, while supporting strategies including project investments, tax equity structures, and acquisitions.
