Job description
KPMG LLP in San Francisco, CA, seeks a Senior Manager/Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. You will structure tax aspects of multinational private equity real estate investments and assist with strategic mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and IPOs, drafting opinions and Excel models.
