Job description
EisnerAmper is seeking a senior tax professional to join its Tax Group. You will conduct research and analysis of federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations, and support M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
You will draft emails and memos, prepare firm-wide alerts on current developments, assist with trainings, and participate in due diligence for federal tax matters. Minnesota/Illinois range mentioned; location is New York preferred.
