The Tax VP, Corporate Tax will oversee and manage the corporate tax strategies, compliance, and planning for a company within the financial services industry. This role requires a strong understanding of tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic guidance to support business objectives.

Description
Develop and implement corporate tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and compliance.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations, including timely filings and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax advice on business transactions and investments.
Oversee tax audits and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses to tax authorities.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Provide strategic tax planning and risk management guidance to senior leadership.
Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.

Profile
A successful Tax VP, Corporate Tax should have:
A strong background in corporate tax within the financial services industry.
A solid understanding of federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex tax matters.
Proven experience in managing tax audits and working with tax authorities.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Offer
Competitive salary between $150,000 and $180,000, depending on experience.
