POSITION SUMMARY
The Teacher Specialist supports instructional excellence by coaching and mentoring teachers, assisting with curriculum implementation, analyzing student performance data, and supporting campus instructional initiatives. This position works collaboratively with campus leadership and instructional staff to improve teacher effectiveness and student achievement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze student data and support instructional improvement.
Proficiency in computers, word processing, database software, and educational technology.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
Minimum of three (3) years of exemplary teaching experience.
Experience in teacher training, mentoring, or instructional coaching preferred.
Work Calendar Status: 11 Months (215 Days)
Salary: MIN: $70,500/ annually MID: $76,880/ annually MAX: $83,800/ annually
FLSA Status: Exempt
