Team Assembler – 2nd ShiftNesco Resource is now hiring for 2nd Shift Team Assembler positions at a facility in Conover, NC.Job Description and RequirementsAssemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.Perform hands-on production and manufacturing duties in a fast-paced environment.Inspect completed work to ensure products meet quality requirements.Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team.Must be comfortable working overtime and extended shifts as needed.Pay: Starting at $16.25/hourShift: 2nd Shift – 6:00 PM–2:30 AMOvertime: Overtime may be required based on production needs, including the possibility of working 12-hour shifts.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
