We're a family-owned refrigerated carrier based in East Texas with strong miles, no-touch freight, and routes that keep you mostly below I-40.
What Teams Can Expect
- Teams earn $180,000-$190,000+ annually
- $5,000 sign-on bonus EACH driver
- Get hired and on the road in as little as 1 week
- $1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum
- Home every 7-13 days with flexible reset options
- 90% of routes stay below I-40
- No-touch freight
- Good, consistent miles year-round
