Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Team Director to build a strong team of Field Leaders, develop Restaurateurs and Training Managers, and ensure top restaurant performance. You will identify talent, advance coaching, and uphold food safety, quality, and guest experiences.
The role requires leadership across sub-regions, extensive travel, and commitment to Chipotle’s culture and sustainability initiatives. Commissioned travel and performance-based rewards are possible.
