Job description
Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily operations in EPIC residential treatment, mentoring staff and supporting clients. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a collaborative environment across shifts.
The position offers a starting pay of $22/hour, plus a $2.25 shift differential, a $1,500 retention bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:30pm with on-call rotation.
