Job description
Scale AI in Washington, DC is seeking a Team Lead for the ARC Software Engineering Team. You will define how we ship software for government and high-security environments, build internal CLIs/tools, and drive automated deployment to pay down tech debt while mentoring the team.
You will own services, re-architect stacks for compliance, collaborate across teams, engage with customers, contribute to platform roadmap, and help Scale meet federal requirements. Active secret clearance is required.
